Andrew Bulmer, CEO of The Property Institute said: “2023 has been another record-breaking year for the ACE Awards, and reading about the pool of talent which exists across our sector is always heartening. This year’s awards go even further in recognising the extraordinary efforts of individuals and companies across the sector, with new categories for outstanding wellbeing initiatives and exceptional sustainability programmes.

“The quality of entries made it difficult for our judges to pick out finalists, but I commend them on producing an impressive shortlist. A huge congratulations to all those in the running on what has proved another competitive year. And if you didn’t quite make the shortlist, we still hope you can join us on Friday 16th June for an evening that is all about celebrating the industry’s successes together.”
