Encore Shortlisted for Midlands Residential Property Award

Having picked up the Residential Property Management Agent of the Year accolade at the annual Midlands Residential Property Awards in 2020, Encore’s Nottingham-based team are celebrating after making it to the shortlist again in 2021. The team have been shortlisted five times and won the award on three separate occasions.
The Midlands-based awards are organised and run by business publication Insider Media and judged by a panel of top property experts looking to recognise excellence across a range of categories relevant to the residential property sector. Winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner on Thursday 24 June at the Hilton Birmingham NEC.
Ian Griffin, Insider’s business editor, said: "There’s a wide range of projects in this year’s shortlist, both in terms of the types of homes and their geographical location. There’s everything from a scheme involving a handful of homes to deals which are set to create thousands of new dwellings. It’s also great to see a big focus on sustainability and social care, two key areas of growth in the sector."
This years awards will honour the best developments, placemaking projects and deals, the best housebuilders, consultancies and architects across the region.
The Residential Property Management Agent award is aimed at organisations that have developed property management strategies and customer service initiatives that benefit tenants and landlords. Shortlisted companies will have proved they are innovative and demonstrate a record of financial management, asset enhancement, green initiatives and responding to industry demands.
Commenting on the shortlist news, Encore’s Tom Hopson who heads up the company’s Nottingham office said: “We are absolutely delighted to be shortlisted once again for this very special accolade.
